i have a 92hb w/a jdm b18c n i was just wondering where you guys suggest me to go take my car. wheres the best place??? oh n also, do u guys think i will have a problem trying to BAR a jdm motor??? i need tip, suggestion, ect. it will help thanks.

 

just go to the ref. if its a gsr than u should be fine but its an R it will be more work but people have done it. try searching

 

As long as the installation is done to the OBD1 or OBD2 standard, you should be okay!

 

so ref's do pass jdm motors?? where should i go. wheres the best place. yea i do have everything as OBD1 cuz my car is OBD1 i just need to get a purge valve. jdm motors dont come w/one.

 

make sure u have a usdm ecu too

yes, some JDM Honda motors will pass CA BAR Ref. Check here: http://www.smogcheck.ca.gov/StdHome.asp to find your nearest BAR Ref and make an appointment for inspection.

 

I'm going to the on @ El Camino Colledge in Torrancce/Gardena (3rd time), the guy there is real cool and was even helping me on why my car was not passing. I even had an attitude the first time and he was still reasonable.
