ROD KNOCK in my poor mans R..what to do?

ok well im runnin a poor mans r setup and as of last week..it has rod knock like a ****...i took it to my cousin who said ill need to replace my crank, rods, bearings..soo im figuring should i go ahead and build it up with a 11:5.1 piston/eagle rods and use a stock crank? or what crank would yall prefer to build a better setup? perhaps stroker? let me know..
i was gonna buy a 04 gsr-r600..but not that i have to fix my motor..im probly gonna build it to make like 200+whp..let me know whats best for my bottom end..top is alrewady being build with blox s2 cams springs,retainers..ran on hondata s100

yea i was thinking about getting an ls crank/eagle rods/either je,cp,arias 11:5.1 compression pistons
so i need a new oil pump? or its just better off i get 1 to be safe?
is the setup i wanna run worthy of 200+ mayb 210+whp or even higher with a nice header?

You might not want to run the S2 valve springs, a lot of horror stories out there. If you do decide to use the LS crank, make sure that you blueprint & balance the rotating assembly. Search, theres a lot of helpful info here.

you won't hit 200 wheel with that IMO. you will need a litle more work.

the setup when done will be
b18c1 block
balanced ls crank
eagle rods
arias or je 11:5.1(around there) compression pistons
as for the head..its a jdm b16 head
blox s2 cams will be put in with springs/retainers (havnt decided which 1's yet)
as of right now..i have a jdm dc 4-1 header with 2.5 all the way back with an n1 muffler..if its worth it im going to get a smsp header..
aem CAI with skunk 2 IM
and is gonna be tuned with hondata s100

any other suggestions let me know..ill keep in on how the setup is going

with the smsp header you probably will hit 200 wheel. but you might needa little higher compression for more power after that.

yea 200 is all i really want..this is gonna be my daily driver...n a lil weekend fun
not gonna go any higher on the compression...93 octane is the highest i know of around here in S florida without driving an hour...soo ill keep it around 11:5.1
