neuspeed rear lower tie. 70 bucks and the bar is jacked. on my del sol i had a rear upper strut bar neuspeed front upper bar agx's w/pro kit no sway bars. before the back end would kick out but felt sloppy and uncontrolable. after back end slid out in a nice controlable slide. very noticeable difference but agian this was on a del sol (weak chassis) with no sways
Do you race?
I don't see any reason to have all of those components unless you race your car SCCA or Auto-X.
If that's the case, then just like with an engine, you have to "tune" the suspension so that it feels right for you. So that you have the break-away point right where you want it. So that the under-steer is minimized, etc.
You forgot tires. That will play a huge role in your lateral performance.
Let us know how your tuning goes.
I surely hope you didn't buy all of this stuff just to have them in your list of mods.
A more noble motive would be for safety. Increasing the rigidity of your frame to maintain your contact patches / traction in case you have an emergency situation.
That's why you did this right?
For safety and better lap times?

Why did you get an ITR front bar? I know the GS-R shares the same front bar as the ITR, but I'm not sure bout non-VTEC Integras. Is yours non-VTEC? Don't all DC Tegs have the same front bar?
I hope you know more is not always better.
How does your car handle? Does it oversteer? Understeer? Do you have too much roll in corners? Too stiff? Too soft? It sounds like you need to go find out how your car handles before you go adding more junk.

As mentioned before, tires are vital.
I don't know what kinda rubber you're rolling on, but often times, your suspension can get so strong and stiff that your tires will barely be able to handle its capabilities.
Stock Rubber is absolutely horrible, almost terrible for handling. I used to have a a set of Michelin Pilot SX MXX3's and was very, very impressed with their performance. I had these before my suspension was upgraded and could almost put the car up on two wheels before the tires would give. All in all, an expensive tire at the time, but a worthwhile investment.
I'm now rolling on Toyo's new T1-s' and am very impressed with their traction is while. Not as strong as the Micheline's, but a damn good tire for the money.
Try around, but don't skimp on tires, let's not forget that they are the only part of your car in contact with the ground.

ls-rs-gs stock front sway is 22 i have the 21 mm rear bar too 22f 21r. prolly more prone to oversteer the way i have it

'00-'01 LS Integras have a 24mm front swaybar
All other Integras have a 24mm front swaybar
I have a non-vtec 97 Teg....the front sway bar is 22mm so i needed to swap that out
for the Itr front sway bar....24mm with the skunk2 21mm
I don't race in circuits or tracks....but i do go to the hills in mailbu on the weekend to take the twisty's there....just for the joy of driving....
the car drives very neutral.....and yes i need new tires...i need more grip..that's a suggestion....but i just wanted to know if anybody had any suggestions not en sarcastic put-downs...

You can bias your brakes to fit your driving style. ( Front / Rear )
You will probably find tuning brake bias to be very rewarding when heel-toing corners.
(I'm sorry for snapping like that earlier.)

Quaife LSD and Z10 Radius arms. Dont bother with the ES bushings. If you get the Z10 you won't need them. Also, what are you doing about camber adjustment?
Beyond that, I agree with the statements above. Take it to a track or HPDS day and learn to drive that bitch.

LSD would be a nice addition i think. What kinda tires do you have? If you have poo pooy tires you defeat the purpose of a good suspension setup.
I would concur with the LSD too. I'm in the same boat as you basically. Is it me, or do we have every suspension thing we really need (or want)?? If you had to ask me, my car handles like a dream...I've driven an ITR twice and to me my car was more responsive than even that. I've adjusted the dampers to where it breaks right where I want it to...its just perfect...at least to me. Since I'm keeping my car for the long-haul, I think I'm going to add an ITR transmission with LSD...that should help with traction AND make the car faster
You may want to look into a brake upgrade...I have AXXis MetalMaster pads and they reduced the fade a lot. I probably won't go further because I don't put my brakes under that much stress, although autox racing is in my plans for this year.

camber......i've had the ingalls kit....bad bad...that's all i can say.....from the first day to the last day i've had them....the constant clicking from them coming loose was just not good....i don't know if anybody else have had this problem?...i haven't had any problems with camber since i've had my ground controls..i just set the height and get a wheel alignment....i'm sorry for being so ignant....but i don't know too much on LSD's...and another thing...i don't have enough horsepower to enough own an LSD is that not true?...since i do have a B18B....
