How does your oil look? Is it cloudy? Is there a sweet smell coming out of your exhaust? Does the smoke smell sweet?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, you've got a blown head gasket.

not always. Sometimes the blown head gasket will just make a little smoke, and after a while, then it'll start to overheat. If you're not sure on the sweet smell, then, probally you're just burning off condensation and what not...possibly...Too bad the Honda genius JimBlake is leaving us...

yea someone on here sed it may also be my ringlands.....and someone else sed it could be nothing and it could be my ringlands...he sed it would happen on his 500hp boosted type-r...that the oils is jus so hot n burning up....
you probably have a blown head gasket. take it in to a shop and have them put compresssed air into one of the cylinders at a time. it will bubble up out of the radiator if that is what it is. best of luck.
