Default My new Full 3" exhaust...

Heres what i got busy doing today
project: 3" full exhaust on 90 Civic HB
i did this basically by myselof with just the help from a friend who helped me weld and get the parts togheter..
anyways heres a few pics for the pic ******

first the parts


the 2.25 exhaust that came off



a few shots during the building process



a little engine enamel


the final product compare of the 2.25 agaisnt the 3"


final product installed

first exhaust done by myself, with just my own knowledge....

looks pretty good if that's your first attempt, you should see if anyone else around you needs an exhaust and make some money

Just curious... are those pipes Aluminized? I'm guessing yes from the burns around the weld but then again the welds look mig'd....

Flowmaster 40 Series $49.99
3" U bends $20.95 Ea
$25 on miscelanous parts (hangers, flanges, bolts, gasket)

total $137.84

yes the u bends are the aluminized steel, the straight sections and other miscelanous pipes, are plain steel,....
yes they were Mig'd
i started yesterday around 4pm.... with dinner, some trips i made to get some parts, and BS around... i was done by 9
