bleh, waste of money. Last time I priced those, they go for like $11-$15 EACH I think.
The only thing those are good for is longevity. That's great for a car like a V6 Camry where you have to remove the entire intake manifold to access the 3 rear plugs. I wouldn't want to be doing that very often.
On Integras it takes literally 5 minutes to change the plugs (assuming you checked and gapped the new ones beforehand), so it's really no big deal to change the plugs often. Copper is the best electrical conductor, and the copper plugs cost less for 4 than a single NGK platinum plug. Sure you have to change them every 15K miles, but even still it comes out being cheaper than platinum plugs in the long run ($8 for 4 plugs every 15K miles, times 4 is $32 over 60K miles, vs. $45+ for a single set of NGK platinum plugs that you change every 60K miles).
NGK V-power BKR6E-11 for me, been running them nearly 100K miles now.

Here is a tip for ya. Make sure you go in to a store with the plug number. Pep boys doe not list NGK's for acuras, but they do have them if you have the plug number.
Alos check out the sponsor classifides. I got my plugs and wires there. Good price also

Even if plugs come pre-gapped, it's always a good measure to check them.

yep

Yeah they come stock, that doesn't mean that's the only thing that will work. Michelin XGT V4 tires came stock on Integras, but I'm pretty sure everyone agrees those were some pretty bad tires (not to mention way expensive) and would not want to replace them with the same ones.
I'm not saying that NGK platinums are bad, but what I am saying is that platinum plugs are a waste of money, and that copper plugs work great, because they are cheap, perform great for 10K-15K miles, and because it's no big deal to change them often.
Plus, by changing the plugs more often, you will be forced to inspect the plugs more often when you pull the old ones out than you might otherwise, which will give you a better heads-up on how well your engine is running. Every time I change my plugs, the old ones come out showing a consistent normal wear appearance, and that appearance is consistent on all 4 plugs, which indicates my engine is still running great.
yep

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the gap suppose to be .044.
Anyway, I suggest just spending that extra $$$ and sticking with the plantinum. You won't have to touch it for at least 60k miles, worth the money and TIME to me.

GS-R spark plug gap is:
Standard: 1.2 - 1.3 mm (.047-.051")
Service limit: 1.4 mm (.055")
Why spent the extra money when it only takes 5 minutes to change the plugs each time, and copper plugs are still cheaper in the long run even after buying 4-5 sets of them?
