Default Techedge Wideband and Hondata

I have searched and read up on Techedge's website but am confused.... I have a TEv1.5 and want to feed the wideband voltage into the ecu through the stock o2 plug.. my question is should I use pin 4(linear wb output) or pin 7(Vout) off of the TE controller.

I believe both would have the same output, but pin 7 would be faster because pin4 has to go through a caculation?

Also, do I have to hook up the ground wire from the wideband(pin5or6) to the o2 sensor harness ground?
