Default H22 Turbo Head Gasket Blown?

I have an turbo h22 running daily more or less with the wastegate set to 8psi. The engine recently been rebuilt with forged internals by me. Now, I've noticed that the car will leak a little bit of coolant between the head and the block and the radiator hose is pressurized after driving. Could this be the result of a blown head gasket, or could it possibly mean the head needs to be retorqued? I never did retorque the head after the initial heat cycle of running the engine.

Thanks,
Jon

btw, all cylinders have 175-180 psi. The same as it has always been.
