Sorry for the noob subject but I was wondering where a good shop is to get my suspension tuned? It won't be a simple alignment as I have camber plates, Torsion Bars, Coilovers, Ajd, Panhard bar, adjustable shocks, etc in my old school 89 integra

Make friends with someone that works in a shop that has alignment equipment Actually for my alignment i just went to les scwabb. They let me sit in the drivers seat while doing it to my specs and everything. You won't get a tire wear warrenty but I doubt you will be expecting one. As far as corner weighing, that will take a little more hunting and unfortunately I don't have any shop names to help. I'm sure someone will chime in here though. Good luck!
