i have a CEL i cant pass smog??
i was wondering if i have a CEL can i still pass smog check? my teg has been having the CEL 91 for the longest time. its some kind of emissions air something. i do not know how to remedy this CEL. prolly unless i take it to the dealership or something. lemme know.
