Default Removing wrist pin..i searched

is there a DIY on removing wrist pins?
i want to take my pr3 pistons off its crank for an lsvtec build. is there even a safe DIY or should i just take it to a machine shop?
i heard of some heating method but i need more details

take it to a machine shop. Will cost you like $25 to remove old pistons and put new ones on there.

sorry wish I did, I had all mine done in Virginia and Florida. However I am going to talk to Paulus at AEBS, so I'll ask him, b/c I was asking about milling one of my heads.
