energy suspension bushings?
i have a 91crx si. the front lca bushings are to small. anyone have this problem? was i supposed to push out the metal sleve? thanks in advance
The entire sleeve comes out. That sleeve houses the rubber bushing and the other metal sleeve where the bolt goes through. To make the job nice and easy find like a 15 ton press.
My recommendation is to bite the bullet and buy LCA bushings (inner and outer, front and rear) from honda... and the rear trailing arm bushings too.
Have someone press them out and put the new ones in... and when you put the arms back on the car be SURE to use a jack to "load" the suspension to its natural state before torque-ing them down to 40-whatever-lbs.
for the rest... mostly related to steering, alignment, and shifting.. go with polyeurethane from Energy Suspension.

i got them all out including the metal sleeve. but the bushing fells to small, like i need to leave the sleeve in. is there any other model that has a smaller bushing or somthing?
