Default 3rd gear seems "sticky" or grindy??!?

My 92 5 SPD manual seems to be sticky when shifting to third gear at times. It will do it when the RPM is normal but it won't if the RPM is low and then it's soft and normal. Could this be the clutch of the transmission going out? I am also leaking gear oil on the top of the housing where the transmission mounts to the engine. Also I have a transmission from a Civic that I could always put in....would it fit? It's the same year.

go get some GM Syncromesh...it is $10 a quart. It will get rid of all grinds...takes about 300 miles to kick in.

or if you can hunt down at Autozone or any auto parts...Pennzoil Syncromesh...exactly the same as GM Syncromesh only half the price. It comes in a gear oil bottle in the gear oil section.
