Hey guys, I'm back, still working on my greddy turbo kit install.

I can't seem to get the new manifold onto the block. I checked the stock manifold, and it seems that the greddy is just a bit too tight on all the holes. I've tried WD-40 on the holes and on the bolts... no luck. Surely someone who's done this before can tell me what they did

I'm afraid to drill to enlarge the holes because then I might get wobble and noise :/

 

You can't put it on at an angle. Make sure its as straight as possible...other than that....

are you sure its for an EG?

 

Yeah, I'm sure it's for my car.. 92-95 si (d16z6) kit.

well, I just bolted the old and new manifolds together, and the holes are just a HAIR off. I guess that's what's causing me so much grief though, because the old mani slips right onto the studs.
