Default Power steering question

I was wondering if I were to remove just the power steering in my 91 integra without swappin in a manual rack would it be ok. My 1991 only has power assisted, speed sensitive rack n pinion. So I was thinkin without the power its rack n pinion any help?

You can.... it's actually quite simple and can be done in about ten minutes. I won't delve into the details...there are many FAQ pages that already touch base on this with illustrations. A simple search will yeild the information you seek. Good luck.
