Im not sure if its the same as a SOHC but for the crank pulley its fairly simple, loosen your alt. belt (if u have PS or AC remove those belts too) and remove it, remove the crank bolt and the pulley should come off... the hardest part is removing the crank bolt if u havent done it recently your going to need a breaker bar...

as for changing the camshaft springs and retainers, I never done that, but if I was going to tackle that task I would trust nothing but a Helm's Manual to guide me...

By the way, thanks for what your doing for us and our country over there in Iraq!!! and a beer if I could find it...

I agree, a Helm's manual is the only thing you should be using.

Your crank pulley will just swap over...take off the oem B16 pulley and replace it with the CTR one. As for your valve springs and retainers, buy a valve spring compressor and compress each spring until the two metal pieces holding the retainers can be taken out, preferably by with a magnet. After that, loosen the valve spring compressor and the spring/retainer should easily be grabbed out. Just do that to all of them....when you replace them with aftermarket springs/retainers just backtrack like how you took the out...it's pretty easy. Good luck man

If the head is on the car, you can use compressed air to hold the valves in place while you take the spring off. Helms is your friend.
