Tranny Trogs Unite!!!!!!!
Hello to those who dare,
Dare to open that tranny housing and DO SOMETHING!!!
Well, I screwed up. I crunched the top "synchro spring" while assembling the main shaft. This is the little metal ring that goes around the outside of the 3 brass synchro rings on the main shaft. I have left a message in the WTB section.
I need someone who opens trannys to offer me a leftover "synchro spring". They look like little piston rings. I am assembling a 1990 Integra LS 5 spd manual cable "S-1" transmission. I think all B18s from 89-91 can help. After that the shafts got bigger. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. I will pay top dollar because Honda/Acura will not "part" this item. I have to buy a complete synchro mechanism for $160. That aint right. Thanks.
