Default gs-r head work

yeo was good every one.... i recently bought an acura integra gsr and ive got intake headers exhaust ( and a jdm front end conversion ) and i was planning on doing work to the head but some of my friends tell me i should leave it...just wondering some of ur guys opinions thnx..

not sure yet just thinkin bout doin up the cams, adjusting the valves besides for that im not totally sure

hey my aunt is from mahopac, that place sucks, nothin but old ppl n woods. newayz, you should get some cam gears, an intake manifold, then a port n polish..

whats her last name maybe i know her...ya it is pritty woodsy here....but on the good side theirs not alot of cops...which means more places to wail some vtec

you really shouldnt give advice. cam gears are for tuning, not power. and he should get cams before he gets a manifold.
i say go ahead and do it. your friends sound dumb.

also, valve adjustment is regular maintenance, not "headwork." you should do that regularly anyway.
