there is no fitting or hole in the turbo for the wastegate, so do i connect the wastegate to a vacuum line after the throttle body?

bump for some info help me out guys, is running the vacuum line from the intake manifold a bad idea? i want to hook up a manual boost controller in between anyways but would that be too long of a line?
