Default testing water: parting out built GSR

I'm trying to decide between parting out my upgraded GSR or selling it whole
so that I can afford a CL.
It's got JDM 2001 ITR 5-lug 16x7" wheels, suspension, 36mm axles, Brembo slotted
front rotors(3 months old), front carbon/ceramic pads (1 week old), Brembo blank
rear rotors (1 week old).

It's also got a Mugen JDM 4-door ITR twin loop exhaust bought from King Motorsports in January and installed a little bit later.

Rear sway bar is 22mm type R and Comptech mounting bar.

Comptech header (about 1 year old)

Comptech CAI with a missing top cover (someone popped
the hood from outside the car and stole that + the distributor)

2001 ITR cams, valves, pistons, etc.

The car is running fine with new distributor from Distributor King and new
factory IACV, new ITR spark plugs, ARP head studs but nobody wants
to even give me even close to $4000 around here.

I can't afford to buy parts anymore 'cause I gotta find a better place
to live so I don't get my stuff stolen.

How much would this stuff go for?
