Default Newbie help with h22a

H22a swap question...What power steering pressure hose do you guys use in the H22a Swap in a 1990 Accord? Is it from a Prelude Vtec or is it from some other Honda? And I'm also having problems with the AC line...any clues on where to find my answers? I just need a power steering pressure hose and the AC line then I'm complete and ready to run it at the tracks.

Hey how did you wire the your h up?
I'm in the middle of some of this and I just got on the forum to find more. I bought a h22a ultimate swap guide, but it stinks.( no offense, but it's just so vague)
here's what I've been encountering:
Hey, I recently started attempting the 1995 or 1996 (hasn't been determined, but I think it's a 95 obd1) h22a swap into a 1993 accord se. I have the engine out and am ready to put it in my car. There's only one problem. The damn wiring? How in the heck was this all figured out. I've compared the wires going straight into the (right at the ecu) h22a ecu with my accord ecu wires (right at the ecu) and the only some of the wires was configured the same: hypothetical example.....h22a ecu pin a16 was white/blue, and accord ecu pin a16 was white/blue cool, but then h22a ecu pin a17 was black/yello, and the accord ecu pin a17 was tan/blue.................I'm only giving you an example of what I have found.....the colors and pins were not correct in this example, just the idea.
So anyways the wires basically match up and some that don't.
I have bought a stupid manual that some kid worked up and doesn't know what he's talking about and it still doesn't make sense to me.
So I then attempted to find each sensor, plug, or solenoid on the h22a. Singled them out one by one and count and record the color of the wires to one individual electrical component and then tried to do the same on my accord as an example so I could relate the two somehow to wire them up to the plug correctly. I thought maybe I could find out wires that were missing and wires that were the same on all the components. Then I would know what wires to add and lengthen and change in some way.........catch my drift. I haven't gotten any clue as to what I am doing. I don't know what to do next. I even found these web sites and they are just ineffective to my solution.

http://members.aol.com/accorddrv/h22.html
http://www.altech.com.pl/wbt/_...p.htm
http://www.honda-acura.net/for...times
http://importnut.net/h22a_swap.htm

All the web sites seem like the swap was fairly simple, so why am I having trouble doing it. I'm a mechanic myself and I can't even figure this out.
I guess my question is, is that how do I figure out the wiring.
My h22a engine wiring bundle was cut at the engine so I don't have that. I was told that was common. I've cut the wire bundle protective flex tubing to expose all the wiring so I know what color and where there going. I'm only half way through this, but most of the wire is exposed.
Should I continue or should I just try to put everything back to how I recieved it and match some of the wires up to my (now cut) 5 main wiring harnesses on my old accord engine.
I think I need assistence or something.
I even bought a helms shop and electrical wiring diagrams manual for my make model and year of car...........1993 honda accord se.
When I put the h22a in my 93 accord, how am I assured that the wires will match up to the h22a ecu..........there is a couple points it could be tangled up......at the engine main wiring harness plugs, then at the ecu plug on the plug...................can't anyone understand me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know who you are but I just thought who you could help. I got your email from one of the pages from the web sites mentioned above.
Any help and in detail would be of much relief,, please!!
thanks
matthew
