Default Whats the name of this part?

It connects the headers and cat. converter....do they have a shorter version of it? I installed the dc sports headers for my car...it aligns up and everything..and i can push the cat toward the headers to fit snugly...but the stock whatever part that is ..is too long...so i need shorter one? and also shorter spring thingies that compress between them...haha sorry for my newbie slang....also...I could only bolt 7 out of 9 bolts on top of the headers..the 7 bolts are tight..is it still ok? ..thanks

there exhaust bolts. They have the spring so they dont rattle loose. Just use regular bolts.

no don't use regular bolts you will prolly destroy your exhaust, It's designed to move around since hondas don't have flex sections in their header.

Generally they're called "spring bolts" and allow the exhaust to flex a little instead of using a flex pipe.

I just had the exhaust shop add in a piece of flex pipe when they did my exhaust but if you are not redoing your exhaust get the bolts again. And yes you need all 9 of the exhaust bolts/studs I am assuming you mean the ones that hold your exhaust mani to your head. They are cheap bolts/studs and it will keep exhaust from leaking.
