Default swaped crx not getting up to temp HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok did the swap new water pump, radiator,coolant lines 180 stat. checked everything but cant find the remedy the lower hose is always cold if i drive the car but if i let it sit for 30 min then it gets up 2 Temp. then if i drive it hard it stays warm if i chill then the temp drops to about 1/3........? the if i just drive the car it goes to about 1/3 and if i bring it to 5500 rpm or higher the temp drops to cold wtf??????????????? not to mention its 30F outside but that still shouldn't matter..should it????

I have seen this often at work, in accords, civics etc... Thermostat has always done it for me. Does your engine have a coolant bleed valve? Did you go with an oem thermostat?

the stat is brand new 180 degree, and it is working (lower hose is cold untill it warms up ideling) as for the bleeder i don't know because it had a hose connected to the front of the head to the fitv valve but cut it today and pluged it and seemed to let it warm up better but if i chill it still goes cold

sounds like the thermostat is stuck open, or installed wrong( somehow ).

no it installed properly and its working but still gets cold

just put in a new stat to see if remidy the problem w/ same result still wont get hot unless i sit there at 2000 rpm not moving. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i had the same problem... replace the thermostat, and it should work fine just do it it is only 5-10 bucks and it will fix your problem

i belive that integ uses a 195 temp thermost. anyway, doesnt it?

no seriously i did all of that im on my 3rd stat alredy put cardboard in front of rad and everything this is not cool the stat seems to work till i get over 5000 rpms WTF does anyone have a coolant line diagram for the 94 ls motor???? i seriously have been stumped on this there is nothimg out of place accept the bleader line that i cut and plugged but i still shouldn't have to do that WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i know someone here has had this prob please please please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
