My freind has some skinnies and some slicks and wants to get rid of em. I dont want any junk in my house so how could I tell if there good . He moved to this house and they were there when he checked a storage spot they had in the house. The have huge GOODYEAR EAGLE spray painted on them. There 13"

 

First, how dry is the rubber, feel with your fingernail...

Second, there will be a divot in the tread of the slicks, this hole is how you measure the tread depth.

What # is stamped in the tire.. D_ _ _?

D1924 and there cracking on the outside but the thread hole is pretty deap.
