Default car been sitting won't start

i have a 99 civic hatch the car has been sitting for about two months with a dead battery and now wont start. I have the car turbocharged. I tried using starting fluid and still got nothing. the car cranks and feels like it wants to start but wont. I just checked the plugs and they're filled with oil. Going to try to clean them up and try again. Till then does anyone have any suggestions.

1. Check for gas

The plugs may not be able to fire with all that oil on them. And maybe check the wires and the usual stuff.

Is your pump priming? And it would be tough to fire if your plugs are oil covered.

dont use starting fluid thats meant for diesel engine, starting fluid drys out the cylinder takes the oil of the rings piston and walls, which will cause a car to have a compressionless crank, not good man, starting fluid eases the start of a cold motor, not on a motor that wont start, if its not starting it wont make it just run, id check timing, fuel injectors, fuel pump, pump relay, and clean your distributor!

Man, what is it with all these questions about why a car don't start. When a car does not start, every tech on this planet goes through the same troubleshooting method.

1. Check for fuel

Got fuel in the tank
Can you hear the pump priming when you turn the key to the on position (buzzing 2 seconds)
Is there fuel reaching the injectors?

2. Got spark

remove spark plug from engine, stick it into plug wire, hold against engine block and crank. DO you see spark?

It may be that your engine is flooded now and your plugs are oil or gas fouled. replace them with fresh ones and give it another try. You may wish to keep the gas pedal to the floor when doing this. It is okay if the engine sputters and hiccups. It should start after this. If not, come back here.

Well beside everything everyone else already said.

Did you recharge the dead battery or get a new one?

Fuel Problem??? Sounds like it was starved for fuel; maybe fuel filter or just bad fuel. How old is the fuel in the tank. Gas can go bad after time. Two months shouldn't be long enough to make it bad. Also you may want to check you plug wires with an ohm meter and see how much resistance there is. Also maybe your coil is going out. You can test that too with a multi meter. I'm not sure what numbers you should get from the test off the top of my head. I can find out with a little research.

after i put the new plugs in it wouldn't start. I let it sit for a while and it started right up on the first shot. Then it ran for a while and as the engine got warmer the rpms started dropping they dropped down to about 560 and car stalled again. When it was running I gave it gas and smoke was coming out from everywhere around the engine.

Well, ok, first thing i would do is to look at your exhaust tip. It may be blocked by critters or something. That would maybe explain why smoke was coming out of the engine bay and why is stalled.
