Default help vtec is kicking in at 6.2k-6.5k

my vtec dosent even turn on until after 6k rpm, this just started happening last night. 2nd and 3rd gear seem to kick in normal but the main problem is 1st gear, it just bogs until after 6k rpm then pulls all crazy. can u guys please help me diagnose this problem? id really appreciate it, thanks. oh and by the way no codes are being thrown.

check your oil, you could have low oil pressure and that could be causing the delay in VTEC engagement.

check the oil. if thats not the problem check for codes. even if the lights not on there could still be codes.
