JDM EG8 Civic Ferio D15B VTEC Honda Part Numbers
Someone suggested I post this on honda-tech, too... so here it is...
(btw, it was useless in the EG forum... i guess it applies to all models)
From d-series.org:
Yes, I have the hookup on any part number in the EG8 D15b vtec. (or any d-series JDM sedan). I will be listing all the important part numbers with comments where appropriate to dispel all the garbage info that people have made up or gotten from other people.
If anyone tries to order the JDM parts at a dealer, please post your experience. It would be nice to find out how to get these.

Have access to the Vtec B15 .. Would like to put it in a Civic SI 1.6 with B16 now...would everything hook up ? And I suppose you would have to change the wiring harness plus the ECU.. Correct ? Or what else would have to be done to change it out...
Thanks

2000 Si? engine will fit, BUT b16 transmission will not fit on d15b, ecu will not work, harness won't work.
dude, there's a forum specifically for swapping engines. this post is for identifying engine parts... to do a rebuild or whatever.
