Default Civic Rear End Question

Hey guys,
Ever since I bought my 97 civic CX, it seems like under slightly heavy cornering, it feels like the rear end tries to sway around or something. I cant really describe how it feels, but it doesnt hold the road that well. I figured it was the stock suspension, so I upgraded things a bit.

Ive got tein springs, and GR2's in the front, with a upper strut tower bar. I plan on getting a mild tie an sway bar combo for the rear, and other things, but which upgrade would help out my problem the most? Could it be that the rear struts are blown, because I didnt replace those. Any help is appreciated.

Ok, so today I took my car to the shop to get a 4 way alignment. I was thinking this could help the situation out a little bit because I could tell I had some negative camber on the back wheels.

Well come to find out, my right rear LCA is bent, because whoever owned the car before me must have hit the hell out of something. So now I need new LCA's. Any suggestions?

Get either stock 99-00 Si ones because they have the hole for a rear sway bar, or some beefy aftermarket ones.
