Searched..H23 non-v IM vs. H22 IM

So heres my deal. Im thinking of getting my throttle body bored out and having my IM port matched. I was thinking of just buying a used IM off ebay to send with my TB so I wouldnt have to remove the originall till the install, but most people on ebay sell non-vtec IM's. Is there a diff between the two?

What Ive got is my 93 vtec, usdm H22 if you wanna know...

Sorry, the IM's are not the same. Different flanges for one.
