you need a resistor box, did your b16a come with that? if so the injectors wires go from the ecu to the resistor box, then to the injectors themselves.

it helps to use the helms manuals. they can be found here:

http://tech.hybridgarage.com/tech/index.html

the vtec suppliment if for the b16, the other is for usdm models. the wiring can be found towards the end of each.

also do a SEARCH for "mpfi" with achive content checked

I got my pinouts from http://b16a.honda-perf.org/theswap.html. First off, use your stock dx harness and just modify it. The easiest way to run the injectors is honestly just to run 4 wires straight from the injectors to the ECU. They go 1-A1, 2-A3, 3-A5, and 4-A7. There is also a red wire coming from each injector. these go to the resistor box. On your DX harness, for the 2 injectors, there are 2 yellow/black wires. Splice them togethere and hook it to the yellow/black wire on the resistor box.

On that site it says to cut a bunch of wires but doesn't tell you where they go. You don't really have to cut those but you can. Anything it tells you to cut and put somewhere else do it.

For the distributor I just looked at my new one and my old one and compared them to see where the wires went. Like if a wire goes one place on the old and it goes to the same place on the new then they are obviously the same wire. You will end up with 2 extra wires. They are crank angle. You just have to switch them aroung in C1 and C2 until you get it right.

On the tps you also have switch the green and yellow wires i think. Just look at the new harness and the old harness and you will see that 2 wires on the new TPS are switched.

When you hook up the 2nd O2 sensor, you will most likely hook it in the wrong place. Green one goes to C16 and white one goes to C8. I just ran a seperate wire straight through the fire wall to C16 and hooked harness end of C16 to C8.

For the Knock sensor(green plug on the back of the motor) ust run a wire through the fire wall to the correct pin.

It easies to vtec to also run the vtec oil pressure and selenoid wires straight to the correct ECU pin as well.

However my swap doesn't run right now due to a spark issue. I'm 99% sure this wiring is correct and my no-spark is due to the coil or igniter.
