How many of you all motor guys making past 220hp 150tq using stock sleeves? How high do you take the motor with stock sleeves?

my cousin is making 208hp and 148tq only a base tune with shitty *** greedy header and stock exhaust system holdin him up. he should be about 220 once he gets a toda header and 2.5in. custum cat back and tunning.
