Default Should I wait to change my Tranny Oil?

I'm posting this in here, because I'm sure it gets more visits. I currently have a 05 type-s with 1,600 miles. I want to change the tranny fluid with some gm syncromesh, but my friend brought up a point saying I might want to consider waiting a little more to have the tranny break-in. Seems like a good point?

Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

personally i'd leave the honda fluid in there, why bother changing if it shifts perfect already
