Default HELP!!! Civic=No Start

Hello my name is Jason, I am 22 from NC. I have a 94 Civic EX with a stock motor (only have a cold-air intake). I have been to other general forums and nobody seemed to be able to help me with my problem. During the past weeks my car will not start when its too cold outside. It has fire and gas, it just won't turn over.
Is it because of the cold air intake, which I'm hoping not, because I dont know where my stock one is. Or could it be a bad O2, or map sensor? I really have no clue what the problem is, everything on the car will work fine one day when its like 45 degrees outside, and the next morning when its around 30-35, it just wont crank. Later in the day, once it has warmed up, it will crank. It does this off and on depending on how cold the weather is. Almost like something is freezing. Any ideas on how to get my car to crank so I dont have to pay a friggin tow bill would earn some huge respect from me.

Don't laugh, lol. I will be having the back 2 put on once I get my car started and can drive to where they are sitting at.

How old is your battery? And how old is your starter? Maybe one of them is shot.

You can take them to autozone (if they have them where you live) and get them tested for free.

if you turn the key and the car will not crank, its probably your starter. i've heard of plenty of autozone type starters (remanufactured) that won't turn in cold weather. check your battery voltage. temperature can have an effect on the battery too. it shouldn't be a sensor issue. what kind of starter is it? is it an OE honda starter or is it some advanced auto, napa, etc starter?

the intake is not the problem.

also re-do your grounds, take off your grounding wire and get some sandpaper and clean off the terminal, and the metal surfuce. Then have your starter/battery checked

I already cleaned the terminals.

i just thought.....it cant be the battery or starter could it? The engine turns over, over and over, i would almost say it doesnt want to take fuel, or the spark is getting cut off somewhere before the car comes on. Either way I appreciate all you feedback, I am gonna take the battery to get it tested, keep the help coming though! Thanks.

if its turning over and over then its definitely not the battery..
willing to bet you got condensation in your distributor cap, and
when theres moisture, theres no spark...
very common honda problem, either the seal on the cap dries out
or the cap gets a small crack in it over time.

Its a very cheap part, less than $20.00 and easy to replace.
just don't mix up which wire goes where, because then it definitely
won't start...
