Phantom IACV (1509) code
HELP!!
I have a 97 Civic HX coupe with a swapped 2000 B18C1 which is giving me a 1509 code (IACV circuit). The ECU is rev 2 from a 96 integra. I have gone through the HELM troubleshooting procedure:
- I get 12v at the IACV plug pin 2.
- The valve is working and clean, even replaced it.
- Throttle body airway is clean.
- Pin 10 on ECM A plug gives 12v and is not shorted.
- IAC valve clicks when I jump the pins on the A plug.
- I have even replaced the ECU (with another A02), same code.
The car won't idle, and if I short pin 10 to ground, it idles at 1500 rpm and flutters.
What do I do??
