Default Putting down over 200 FWHP and 175 FWTQ with a stock block and head???

For starters, you can check out my dyno numbers and setup (as of September 20, 2004) here...
https://honda-tech.com/gara...=3499

I have everything gutted except for the front carpet and front seats. If at all possible, I would like to put down over 200 FWHP and 175 FWTQ (and be well into the 12's) without touching any of the internals.

I currently have plans to swap out my Greddy header for an SMSP header, get an intake manifold (suggestions please), get a throttle body (suggestions please), get Hondata, and some cam-gears (suggestions please). I was just wondering if any of you all-motor guys could give me a few more suggestions...or do you think that's enough to do it

175 tq? what block do you plan to do this with, seems far-fetched with a stock bottom end. H or F series?

True...that is a lot torque for an all-motor Honda with stock internals, but I already put down over 163 FWTQ with only an intake, header, and exhaust

yeah i saw that, nice numbers, when you say stock head do you mean no headwork and milling or completely untouched, i.e., cams, etc.

Yup...that's what I mean I'd like my setup to be as reliable as possible, and I was hoping that I could reach my goal after getting everything that I mentioned in my original post. Hopefully someone can give me some suggestions about the best brand of intake manifold, throttle body, and cam-gears to get...regardless of the price! Check it out...

I would check into the Euro-R intake manifold and 70mm Tb. That along with the SMSP header that should put you over your goal
