CRX HF swap question
ok i have been searching threw the post here and i have tried to find a swap for a 91 crx hf series. i have only really seen them in si's and dx's i am looking maybe into doing a ls/vtec in it. i just need to know what all i have to use and what i have to swap in order for this to work. or can any find a good write up on it? thanks for you help
HF swap is basically same as Si, except for the ls/vtec you will need to swap the front knuckles/hubs for ones from DX or Si - use your HF engine harness
I'm assuming a B series swap:
Yes, you'll need knuckles and hubs, unless you can find a place to make some custom axles. ($$$) I went with a complete 91? Integra knuckes, hubs, calipers, rotors, pads, and bigger 14" wheels.
The HF is a Dual Point Fuel Injected car, correct? If so you'll need to convert to multi-port first. I had to do this since I started with an std ef. (Hasport can do this for you, but they did a bad job on mine.
Must have been a new guy.)

yes it will be a b series swap, i will tell you staight off i dont know **** about
CRXs, i dont even know if a hf is vtec or non vtec. will the integra suspension bolt right up to it? does hasport make a kit to change it or they actually have to change it like at there shop?

The hf is multipoint so you will only need to add wires for VTEC. It is pretty much the same swap as a a swap into an Si but you need to change to dx or si hubs in order to use the 90-93 integra axles

Sorry about that... Since the HF is multi-port, your wiring is pretty easy.

Yes, Integra will bolt right up. Warning: If you go this way, you probably going to need upgrade the calipers, pads, rotors, and at least 14" wheels. Integra hubs may be bigger than the DX or SI hubs. I upgraded everything, so I all I can say is it will work if you go this way.

ok well if i just bought either si or dx hubs that is the only thing i will need, but if i got the integra ones i would need to upgrade everything ie rotors, pads and calipers?
