Default please critique my budget all motor setup

The goal is to hit 13s gutted and consistent low 14s full interior while spending the least amount of money possible. No headwork just boltons. Here is my plan so far:

jdm itr header (ordered)
2.5 cat (ordered)
dc catback (have it)
vafc (ordered)
skunk 2 manifold
bored out tb
itr aem cai (have it)
itr cams and some kind of cam gears
exedy clutch and flywheel
si tranny
drag radials

Im hoping to hit mid 170s at the wheel with dyno tuning. Is this possible with what i listed above? I dynoed at 148 with just an aem and went 14.7 with i/h/e so im hoping that the above mods would be enough to reach my goals. Any input would be appreciated, but remember no toda b setup etc im a poor college student and im not interested in going on the bottle or buying a turbo kit.... Help me before i get the urge to start buying stuff again

I'd get a type R manifold and flywheel(15 lbs). I wouldn't bore the tb. And save the money from the above and get a quiafe lsd. You should be able to get the mani and flywheel for like 350-400 and the lsd should help your times a lot. You should be able to reach your goals.
just my 2 cents

you could mill your head some to raise compression instead of getting a bigger t-body, unless your getting the diamete of the t-body to match that of your Intake Manifold.

Hmm.
I don't know. I'm also going all motor, and this summer is the final step in my plan for my car. To my current mods, I'm gonna add:

Portflow Head Work
Portflow Inner/Outer Springs
Portflow Retainers
Ferrea Valves
Bored out OEM T/B
Apexi VAFC
JE Pistons
DC Sports Cam Gears
RC Injectors
ACT Clutch

I don't know how much an SI Tranny will run you, but I can imagine it would cover a lot of other things that could really hook up your teg. Then again, having a 94, it may be time for you to be thinking about getting a new tranny to begin with. I understand your logic, but I think the GS-R tranny will suffice. The rest of the setup sounds pretty good to me, your teg should really move after all that work!
