Default Cluster starts at 40

I ran a search on the JDM cluster and finally got the speedometer working, but now the speedometer starts reading from 40km...is there a way to reset it and drop it down to 0 or is something else the problem...btw i have a 89 crx HF with a first gen jdm b16, etc...I'm a long time reader first time poster on this informative board...i just got the vss wired correctly so my check engine light doesn't come on anymore...but my cluster starts from 40km...so when i'm rolling at 5km it reads 45km...has anyone else had this problem or any suggestions...Thanks a lot...
