13:1 piston clearance??? all motor build???

I am building an all motor honda again, but i am going quite a bit higher in the compression area. I am not to wise in the piston clearance. I am purchasing 13:1 pistons and want to know what to do about valve clearance and whta rods to use for my build?? here is what i am using. Can someone enlighten me?? Thanks

i think the piston to valve clearance would have to do with the valve relief cuts in the pistons and the lift/duration of the cams you're going to be using...i dont think the rods have anything to do with it...and the best way to check is to clay the motor.
and as for the manifold...the type r manifold would be good enough...just port match it to your head.

As far as your rods go, how high is the motor going to be reved to? A lot of people will use the stock ls rods (definetly get arp rod bolts tho) or you can step up to eagle rods, that's what I'm running and motor is built to rev to 9.
