don't go cheap on that part which is a vital part in that engine. would you like to see the timing belt slip or jump a few teeths on the engine? Which would cause some serious problems if not damage. Since you already are replacing the belt and water pump, it would make good common sense to replace that piece.
new tensioner= bit of good insurance
pay a little more now or pay ALOT later.
