Default 70mm BBK Thottlebody?

Does anyone have a bbk throttlebody? Are they any good? Did you notice a power increase? Did come w/ a pre calibrated TPS? Any suggestions I have a ls/vtec in my 2000 civic si. AEM cold air, dc header, skunk2 itk manifld, aem fuel pressure regulator. Looking for more power...

70mm would be overkill with those mods. The inlet on the Skunk IM is 64mm, so unless the throttle body tapers to that, I wouldn't do it. I'd do cams first, then worry about that.

Or have your stock TB bored to 64mm if it's from a 2nd gen B16 or any GSR.

Here's mine. Matches my Skunk IM perfectly.

the 70 mm bbk is a bit huge but if u like to fabricate, its a good upgrade. if u have a skunk 2 manifold, ud have to shave part of the inlet so it matches the size of the tb. its not much but it will fit. power increase.?it was a little bit comapred to the 65mm

overkill 70mm wont do ****. get cams and headwork and then worry about how big of a intake manifold/throttle body you should get. otherwise it'll be useless.
