What coilovers for best ride?
Im looking for a set of coilovers to get rid of the wheel gap, and also to improve cornering. I used to drive a Ford Probe GT and it handled really well so im kinda not used to the accord yet.
Im not looking to make the car bounce all over the place because its slammed to the ground, im just looking to lower and corner alittle better without making the ride too rough, i know its not possible to keep it from getting alittle stiffer thats kinda what makes the handling better.
Any reccomendations? thanks
Mike

i would recommend the tein full coilover basics, it provides a good almost stock ride, with better handling and a lower ride too!
otherwise maybe h&r for price wise

I noticed that you are a new user, and welcome. When you make statements like these you need to make a smiley face, or

so that we know you are joking. If not, someone might acctually think that your believe a stock Probe handles well.
As far as coilovers, there is apex, tein, D2, and others. I currently have Tein SS, and I cannot complain.

Ahh, yes, I figured someone would mention Omnipowers, one of the latest of HT bandwagons. Taking their stiff spring rates into consideration, I'd say they are NOT a wise choice for a comfortable ride.
For street use, I'd choose Tein Basics or Tein SS's any day.

Heh, the probe would spank the accord speed and stock handling, 225/50/16's and a low ride hight to begin with it cornered pretty nice the only downside was the backend would come out here and there
But anywasy were accord drivers now!! I know this isnt coilovers but i was also looking at this as well.

Im also going to look into the Tein Coilovers they seems to be well vouched for, as for the omnipowers there a bit outa the pricerange.
Thanks Guys

well, to be honest, it's hardly a kit, there's no top hat, bumpstop, etc.
GR2 is oem replacement, i wouldn't lower it with oem(or in this case, oem replacement) damper unless you going for a super mild drop(eibach prokit, h&R oe)
and the package have nothing to do with your camber setting, in other word, if you need to mess around with your camber setting, you'll need a camber kit.
couple of thing about omnipower, there's alot of mixed review about them, so do your research before getting it(street/race)
tein SS/basic uses the same spring, for SS you are paying extra for the adjustable damper(which you might or might not use), both of them is ideal street coilover. Very complete package, revalveable and custom spring avaible.
Apex'i WS is another great alternative, because apex'i is discontinusing them, they go around 500 shipped now. none-adj. damper, non-adjustable strut length but apexi have a higher spring rate than tein basic/SS. The damper is much more aggressive too. comes with 2 piece bumpstop, 4 metal spacer for damper, top ring(not top hat), dust boot, etc
