on the driver seat the 4 bolts were bolt-on but on the passenger seat just 3 bolts were ok... and I have the impression that im not sitting really straight forward in it...

Judging by the picture, I'd say you need new windshield wipers.
If the rails are different, and only 3 of the holes mated up, it sounds like you've obviously figured out the problem.

I have a great idea...instead of bumping this thread...go take the seat rails off and try your stock rails on it

I believe I had the same problem as you. When I bought black JDM ITR Recaros for my GSR, the driver seat bolted right in. The passenger side, however, only three holes lined up. Well technically, one hole was a little sideways and one hole needed to be bent down. I was able to align one of the front holes to fit the screw into the hole. The rear hole needed to be bent down, so I took a hammer. I got all four bolts in. The passenger seat seemed to sit slightly higher than the driver seat. I didn't bother me. But I wonder what kind of rails I had since they were removed from the same car.
easy
drivers side is civic rail
passenger side is integra rail
yes your stock rails should work with some elbow grease. Mate them to the sliders under the pass seat
