I have an obd-1 motor in a 97 dx, I have made all of the correct wire changes... Dist, alt, and fuel. I extened the map and tps. I hope. I have converted the Iacv to a two wire plug, moved the pinout in the dx harness from a14 to a12. No check engine lights. but the car does not Idle smoothly and it does not responed to the throttle on takeoff. If I keep the revs up the car will take off with out a problem. If I try to take off slowly the throttle does not responed. The motor will rev freely with out a load on it. But as soon as you put it in gear and try to take off the revs will not rise. If you rev it up out of gear to about 2500 and take off... not spinning the tires just a strong lauch the car will run fine. WTF???
