Default head porting prep

well guys... its time to port my head... ive finally decided on Portflow... i called him today and told me to take off the sensors on the head...my question is that does he mean to just unplug the wire harness or does he mean to take a wrench and take the actual sensors off... heres a pic of what i mean:
do i need to take off the two sensors and the water thing... thanks for your help guys... also for shipping what do you guys reccomend?? ups?? or fedex??

Go ahead and physically remove the sensors from the head.

you can leave the brass fitting just the two sensors
