ok i have a LS head from a 94 and i am wanting to build it up so i can put it on my LS motor thats in my 95 hatch. what would be good stuff for it? im already getting the crower stage 2 cams and im looking for a 50 wet shot what parts would you recommend to rebuild the whole head?

 

snag a VTEC head way more fun, and a lot more topend, that will be more than cams in an LS head. i would save for a nice B61 head than sink money into my LS, search for LS/VTEC swaps, nice numbers.

 

Do a search. Whether you go Vtec or Nonvtec there are plenty of options! If money is and issue Nonvtec parts are super cheap!

I say look into a direct port system, B16 Pistons and Crower 402 or 403 cams. Make sure you get your car tuned!!!!!

 

A port job with some aggressive cams. Maybe mill the head with some cam gears if you're not getting pistons.

 

Sorry i agree, those ls vtec are the bomb dizzle, but look for some agressive cams for real, crane makes pretty good cams i think, and look for some good lifters, springs, and go ahead and get it ported.
