Default Car almost dies everytime after refueling??

I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone or if they know why, but everytime after i refill my car, when i restart it it almost dies. the car is a 2000 dx civic hatch with a B16B swap, j's racing intake and a hks hiper exhaust with a 2.5 in carsound cat. Those are the only mods, the fuel system and the ecu is stock. Any info is great, thanks.

I have never experienced this phenomena, but the first place I would look would be the evaporative emissions system. The charcoal canister, purge control solenoid, etc.

mine does the opposite. When I put fuel in, the motor seems to come alive!
