Default Should I swap out my b16a2 itm for itr? Mods listed. (thanks guys)

So I decided to mod the daily driver/beater as really my other hatc is too fast imo :S

Today I just got a b16a (jdm) installed into my other 92 hatch. I will be getting the following mods:

Cai (have)
jdm 4 into 1 header
High flow cat or test pipe
thermal exhuast (have)
Buddy Club stage 3 cams
intake cam gear (have)
hondata s100

I know and can hear it a thousand time, b16 will give you better low to mid while itr will give you better mid-top to top. Big question is with them mods above WHAT MANI WILL BE BETTER AND WILL THE B16 STOCK THROTTLE BODY BE FINE?

I wil be keeping the stock redline as the buddy club cams are designed to make amazing power low to redline but not really past so its ideal to keep stock valvetrain.

My vtec stock on the p30 kicks at 6200 but that will be changed as will all settings once the hondata is on. (no my tack is not off) 6200 vtec kicks. Well being stock right now as exhaust arnt on I dont hear it till 6200

Ill get picks up later of the swapper on the beater

thanks guys, Kenny

Well to answer your question i was under the impression the b16 and b18c5 manifold are the same. If you search I am sure you will find a more definate answer than mine.

The ITR manifold should also help high rpm throttle response. Personally, I'd go ahead and do it. Oh, and while you're at it, a Hondata intake manifold gasket wouldn't be a bad idea.

high rpm throttle response? that just sounds weird doesn't it? lol.

anyways, if you're keeping stock valvetrain and stock redline I would just keep the stock manifold. The b16a2 mani is good for torque down low and you will probably lose that with the ITR mani and since you're not upping the redline I don't think you'll see the benefits of that manifold. Only way to know though is to dyno and tune both of them and find out.

Exactly what I was thining but dont hurt to ask. Problem with b16 is it has no tq but with the mods ill be adding to the beater and keeping the stock itm, I shoudl be ALOT more happy!
