Ground on Thermostat housing?

Ground on Thermostat housing?
My d15 is not starting *got a CODE 1* and im checking all of the grounds. I only know of the engine and tranny grounds but i hear there is a ground where the thermostat housing is located but i don't see a ground.
It would be the most helpful if i could find a picture or illustration of where this ground is. thanks

Within the circle there is an small open hole,that is where it went..
Does it do anything when you hit the key or no?
