I have a few friends with Integra's that ask about getting some of my parts as I modify it (if we don't sell it
). They will pay me of course, but I have a strange feeling about selling my parts. I would love to be able to keep all of my orginal parts for down the road as to keep the possible value of the car high. I'm I stupid to not sell them or am I right in my thinking?

Me personally I have never sold any of my stock ITR stuff. And I'm glad as hell I havn't. I've kept every single bolt, interior part, etc... so that I can swtich back to OEM stuff if I needed too.
However some people sell their stock parts to pay for newer aftermarket items which is also a good idea if you want to balance your money like that.

I have sold my AC, header and exhaust, and clock so far. I will only sell stuff that I know wont hurt the resale potential too badly. Now if I owned the car outright, then I would have door and interior stuff for sale! I need to protect myself in these hard times and if it all goes bad I need to at least be able to sell that car for what I owe on it..
I sold the stuff to finance higher performance parts..
For now...I will keep the rest of the interior in the attic, safe and secure..I even palstic wrapped the armrest and radio!

Any thing I dont need I will sell, it just wastes space, I am not going to sell this car or put it back to stock, so Ill sell whatever I take out and dont want
I still have all my stock parts as well. I have a friend who's always bugging me to sell him my stock headers, and another who wants my airbox. I'm keeping them in case I decide I want to put my car back to stock. I would also feel guilty if I sold them. Kinda like selling bits and pieces of my R off.

Im selling my stock suspension, Air box (w or w/o resonator), Header (w/heat sheilds), A/C, and Power Steering (both complete systems including hoses). If anyone would like to purchase any of these Items let me know!
I sold my stock cams, because I needed some loot
I'll keep everything else, unless stock ITR exhaust manifolds start selling for thousands

Being the "collectible" car that it is, I would not sell my OEM parts. Everytime someone sees my Comptech icebox they immediately ask me if I will sell my OEM intake !! This is all a matter of opinion but I think you need to have all those OEM parts handy so that when you finally decide to sell the car (don't see that happening soon !!) you don't get rejected by the buyer because the car is modified. Besides, if these parts were not valuable, why is everybody wanting to buy them ??
Yup. I only do this because I can afford to do so. I understand how others have a hard time funding this addictive hobby of ours.
i wasnt cool bout it before. . but started doing it , , ,for the fact that thats less i pay for mods out of my pocket.

Here's a list of stuff I do and do not like:
Air Box
Shifter
Steering Wheel
Rims
Seats
There are alot more items that I hate or love but I'm not gonna list them all here. The above list is of the most common things that ITR owners sell.
